From 18th November 2025, identity verification will become mandatory for all company directors and people with significant control (PSCs). This is a new legal requirement under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 to help prevent people using companies for illegal purposes.
To get a jump on the mandatory autumn 2025 date, you can take early action and begin the verification process now. You can verify:
